Brewers 7, Pirates 0
Bucs starter Jeff Karstens retired 10 straight hitters at one point Sunday. (Gene J. Puskar/AP)
Thanks to an infield single by Andy LaRoche in the fifth inning, the Pirates avoided being no-hit for the first time since 1971. But that was little consolation for a club that dropped its 10 straight loss and fell to 1-11 against the Brewers in 2008.
