Coming back from a late deficit on Joe Mauer's three-run double in the seventh inning, the Twins couldn't recover from shoddy relief and three errors. Closer Joe Nathan, called upon to nail down the win in the ninth, allowed the game to go to extras, where Eddie Guardado and Boof Bonser faltered in the 11th.
