B.J. Upton's RBI double and Evan Longoria's two-run single keyed a Rays' rally in the bottom of the seventh to earn a split for Tampa Bay in the two-game series. Matt Garza wasn't able to repeat the performance of his last start, but held the O's to three runs on the day.
