Sean Gallagher had control problems early, as evidenced by a six-run first inning during which he walked three, allowed two hits and hit a batter. In total, eight free passes were allowed by Gallagher (five) and Gio Gonzalez (three). Orlando Cabrera and Jack Cust homered.
