Angels 10, Dodgers 7
Jamie Hoffmann makes a curtain call after his home run. (Jon SooHoo/Dodgers)
The Dodgers had ace Chad Billingsley on the mound and a four-run lead on the board but couldn't hold off the Angels, wasting four RBIs by rookie Jamie Hoffmann, who made his first Major League hit a three-run homer. Billingsley (6-2) allowed four earned runs on nine hits in six innings.
