Coming off a dominant 8 2/3-inning outing in his last start, right-hander Ervin Santana was touched for six runs in 4 2/3 innings vs. the Rays. He was one of three Angels pitchers to surrender a home run as the Halos fell to .500 after a 4-5 road trip. Torii Hunter collected his 44th RBI.
