Alex Cora's only hit in 22 career at-bats against A.J. Burnett was the closest the Mets came to a highlight on Saturday. Tim Redding battled Burnett for five innings, but the dam burst in a four-run sixth in which Redding allowed his second homer of the night, a three-run shot.
