A.J. finds a way
Photos
Yankees 4, Twins 3
A.J. Burnett worked around four walks and three wild pitches Wednesday. (Jim Mone/AP)
A.J. Burnett was far from dominant on Wednesday, but with 6 1/3 gritty innings, he was effective enough to deliver the Yankees' 12th win in 14 games. Brett Gardner's only hit drove in two runs, and Alex Rodriguez plated what proved to be the game-winner with a single in the fifth.
