Derek Holland delivers a pitch in the first inning on Tuesday. (Ben Margot/AP)

Derek Holland didn't have his best stuff, but he was also the victim of bad luck. The lefty allowed a homer in the first before a would-be groundout turned into an RBI single when it hit the first-base bag in the second. The early hole was enough as Texas was unable to do much offensively.
