Kurt Suzuki was hit with a pitch two batters after Scott Hairston went deep in the first. Suzuki responded with a long ball of his own in the third, and Cliff Pennington added his first career homer in the fourth. However, it was Adam Kennedy's blast in the sixth that made the difference.
