Bronson Arroyo started on a high note, allowing only one run on three hits through five frames, but lost his 11th decision by giving up two runs in the sixth inning. Brandon Phillips crossed home plate twice for the Reds, scoring on base knocks by Wladimir Balentien and Jonny Gomes.
