Ian Snell's home debut lasted a mere 1 1/3 innings with the Mariners trailing by three, but Franklin Gutierrez, who was a triple shy of the cycle, hit a two-run shot as Seattle tied things up in the second. The offense stumbled from there, however, while the Rays came alive.
