Rockies 4, Giants 2
Ubaldo Jimenez allowed a two-run homer in eight innings. (David Zalubowski/AP)
By Owen Perkins / Special to MLB.com
The Rockies tallied just four hits, but every one of them contributed to the scoring as they extended their Wild Card lead and gained a game in the division race. Ubaldo Jimenez won his sixth straight decision, thanks to Seth Smith's two-run homer that gave the Rockies the lead.
