Right off the bat of -- who else? -- Ian Kinsler, the Rangers enjoyed an early lead in Game 1 of their twin bill with the Blue Jays. But the visitors kept the pressure on, and it was a fight to the finish as two-run singles by Chris Davis and Nelson Cruz helped keep Toronto down.
