Marlon Byrd and Ivan Rodriguez each went deep as the Rangers scored five in the first, and Scott Feldman did the rest to claim his 16th win -- a team-record 12th on the road. Texas earned the sweep and kept pressure on the Red Sox, who entered the day two games up in the AL Wild Card.
