On the verge of lowering their magic number to clinch the NL East to four, the Phillies saw a one-run lead evaporate as Brad Lidge blew his 11th save, allowing a pair of runs in the ninth inning. The loss spoiled Ryan Howard's four-RBI effort and Cole Hamels' solid seven-inning outing.
