Starter Nate Robertson settled in after a rough third inning, holding the Twins close over six-plus frames. And the Tigers made it interesting with a rally in the eighth inning, with benches clearing in the ninth. But Detroit couldn't get over the top, leaving its magic number to clinch the AL Central at two.
