    Note: username is account number; your password was e-mailed to you

As a convenience, misplaced tickets can be "self-reissued" by transferring your tickets and printing them at home. You will need access to a printer before you start the process.

TO ACCESS TICKET REPRINTS:
  • Click on 'My Mets Tickets' button below
  • Log into your 'My Mets Tickets' account
  • Click on My Tickets tab
  • Click on the month of the game you wish to reprint
    Please note: you can only reprint one game at a time
  • Select game date you want to reprint
  • Click (+) to select tickets you want to reprint
  • Click Print button
  • Click Print
  • A link will appear for you to view and print your tickets
  • If you reprint your tickets at-home through your My Mets Tickets account, your paper PAH tickets will have the same barcode as your original hard tickets, meaning that both barcodes will be live and active.

In partnership with Most Valuable Kids, a non-profit ticket distribution organization, the Mets are pleased to offer a ticket donation program. MVK overcomes the financial obstacles associated with attending live events by distributing donated tickets to children who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend, at no cost. All ticket donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

TO ACCESS TICKET DONATION:
  • Click on 'My Mets Tickets' button below
  • Log into your 'My Mets Tickets' account
  • Click on My Tickets tab
  • Click on the month of the game you wish to donate
    Please note: you can only donate one game at a time
  • Select game date you want to donate
  • Click (+) to select tickets you want to donate
  • Click Donate button
  • Click Donate To: Most Valuable Kids
  • Sender will receive confirmation
  • Once tickets are donated and transaction is completed, you cannot cancel the transaction
  • All ticket donations must be made four days prior to the game date
  • MVK is unable to accept donations for the following game dates: May 21, May 27
  • Single seat ticket donations cannot be accepted

Future Game Guidelines:
  • Available at the Advance Ticket Windows outside Citi Field and on Field Level concourse, or online via your My Mets Tickets account and by mail only to: New York Mets, Citi Field (120-01 Roosevelt Ave), Flushing, NY 11368 - Attn: Ticket Services
  • All exchange requests are subject to availability and dates and guidelines are subject to change
  • There is no limit to the number of future game exchanges you may transact
  • Tickets for exchange may be limited for certain games based on availability
  • Only tickets from the original season or plan package may be exchanged
  • Future game exchanges must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the game
  • There is a maximum of six (6) tickets per game per exchange transaction
  • Tickets may only be exchanged at a one-to-one ratio
  • Tickets need to be returned in order to process and reissue the new tickets
  • Ticket Plan must be paid in full and may not have a balance due to take advantage of program
  • Game Categories (Marquee, Premium, Classic, Value, Super Value)
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in the same game category, there will be no charge
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in a higher game category, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in a lesser game category, the customer will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account
  • You may exchange a Marquee game for a different Marquee Game
  • You cannot exchange a non-Marquee ticket for a Marquee game
  • Seating Categories
  • Tickets will be exchanged for tickets in the same seating category
  • If tickets are not available in the original seating category, exchanged tickets will be placed in the next available lower priced seating category
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in a higher priced seating category, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in a lesser priced seating category, the customer will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account
  • Hyundai Club tickets can be exchanged for Hyundai Club tickets to a new game.
  • If you do not have a Hyundai Club ticket, you cannot exchange for a ticket into the Hyundai Club

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR "FUTURE" GAME TICKETS VIA YOUR MY METS TICKET ACCOUNT

  • To access your account, go to Mets.com » Click on Tickets» Scroll to My Mets Tickets
  • Enter your account number and password
  • If you have forgotten your password, please click the button to reset your password, and a new password will be emailed to the email address on file for your account
  • On the "My Ticket Inventory" tab, add ticket_exchanges@nymets.com as a "New Friend" in your My Tickets Account. You will only need to do this for your first exchange
  • Select "Forward Tickets" from the "Ticket Action" dropdown menu
  • Select the eligible tickets you wish to exchange
  • After your tickets have been selected, click ticket_exchanges@nymets.com from the "Your Friend" column as the recipient for these tickets
  • On the review screen, in the "Note to your friend(s)" field, enter the game date(s) for the game(s) in which you are looking to exchange into
  • Click "Forward Tickets". Your exchange will be processed in two (2) business days. Your new tickets will be emailed to the email address on file
Past (Unused) Game Guidelines:
  • Available at the Advance Ticket Windows outside Citi Field and on Field Level concourse and by mail only to: New York Mets, Citi Field (120-01 Roosevelt Ave), Flushing, NY 11368 - Attn: Ticket Services

  • If unused tickets are exchanged for tickets in a lesser game category, the customer will not be refunded the difference
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for Marquee or Premium games
  • Seating Categories
  • Unused tickets will be exchanged for tickets in the same seating category
  • If tickets are not available in the original seating category, exchanged tickets will be placed in the next available lower priced seating category
  • Hyundai Club tickets from a past game cannot be exchanged for Hyundai Club tickets to a new game. A different seating category will be assigned
  • You cannot exchange an unused ticket for a Hyundai Club ticket
