With the deadline to participate in the three payment auto charge option expiring Dec. 9, we would like to offer you the opportunity to enroll in an adjusted three payment auto charge option. Please review the NEW designated dates and amounts outlined below.
In order to participate in this payment auto charge option, you must (a) register a valid credit card or valid checking account information by logging in to your My Yankees Account and following the instructions or by calling your Season Ticket Sales and Service Account Executive, and (b) agree that your registered credit card or checking account may and will be automatically charged on the dates and in the amounts designated below without further notice and without subsequent protest by you or your assigns.
FIRST Payment: 40 percent due on Jan. 9, 2012*
SECOND Payment: 30 percent due on Feb. 9, 2012
THIRD Payment: 30 percent due on March 9, 2012
*Will be charged or debited on the date you register for the three payment auto charge option
For Licensees of 16-Game, 12-Game or 9-Game Value Plans, the auto charge payment will be 50 percent on Jan. 9, 2012*; 25 percent on Feb. 9, 2012*: and 25 percent on March 9, 2012*

Please be advised that any account or resale credit will be applied toward the initial payment for the payment auto charge option. If any credit remains after that application, the remaining credit will be applied toward the second payment of the payment auto charge option.
Please note: The installment payment amounts are based on the balance due reflected on your invoice. For example, if your invoice reflects a balance due of $1,000, the auto charge payment will be $400 on Jan. 9, 2012; $300 on Feb. 9, 2012; and $300 on March 9, 2012.
