Athletics submit formal proposal for Cisco Field
The new ballpark for the A's in nearby Fremont, Calif., went from concept to formal proposal in November, 2007 when the team submitted a development application to the City of Fremont to develop 226 acres of land in the Pacific Commons area of the city.
