All tickets for Post Season games that are not played are fully refundable*, including Tickets.com's convenience fees. There are no refunds on the Division Series games vs. Boston.

In the event that any game is not played, requests for refunds or credits for such games must be submitted no later than December 1, 2003. Absolutely no refunds will be given for games played. No refunds will be given until the Athletics Post Season is over.

Online (Single Game Purchases)
If you pay by credit card on-line or over the phone with tickets.com, you will automatically be refunded; there is no need to return the tickets (this does not include Season Ticket Holders who paid for their strip online; see "Post Season Strip Tickets" for applicable refund information).

Phone
If you pay by credit card over the phone with tickets.com, you will automatically be refunded; there is no need to return the tickets.

Outlets
Tickets purchased through tickets.com outlets, must be returned to that location for a refund.

Box Office
Tickets purchased at the Coliseum for unplayed games, must either be returned to the Coliseum Box Office or mailed back to Oakland Athletics, c/o Ticket Office, 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621. All refunds will be given in the form of the original payment (cash will be refunded in the form of a check; no cash refunds will be given). Refunds take approximately six (6) weeks to be processed. If you pay by credit card at the A's Box Office, you will automatically be refunded; there is no need to return the tickets. The A's recommend that all tickets for unplayed games are returned to the A's via a carrier that can guarantee delivery and offer proof of receipt. The Athletics are not responsible for tickets not received.

For a refund, mail the tickets back to the A's at: Oakland A's Ticket Office, 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621. If you want to apply the Post Season ticket credit to your 2004 A's season tickets, you do not need to do anything; Post Season credit will be applied automatically to your 2004 season tickets. Please see your 2004 A's Season Ticket invoice to ensure correct credit. If you purchased a 2004 Deposit, in order to purchase your 2003 Post Season Tickets, your credit will automatically be applied to your 2004 Season Tickets.* Any monies above and beyond the price of your 2004 Season Tickets will be refunded. Credit for tickets not received by December 1, 2003 can only be applied to 2004 A's season tickets.

Tickets bought from a kiosk (kiosks are automated), must be mailed back to tickets.com at: tickets.com, c/o A's Refunds, PO Box 272127, Concord, CA 94527-2127.
