Phillies Explorers underway

The Phillies kicked off their 20th year as Explores Post 660 with an introductory meeting on November 19. Explorers is a branch of the Boys Scouts of America that invites high school students to explore different career avenues. Participants will hear from key members of the Phillies that help contribute to the team on and off the field. From broadcasting to entertainment, player development to community outreach, each Explorer will learn how instrumental each aspect is to the Phillies organization. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 1. 2010 Phantasy Campers get ready

Last week, the nearly 140 Phillies Phantasy Campers came together at Citizens Bank Park to get fitted for their official Phillies uniform which they will wear when they take the field to fulfill their dream of being a Major League Baseball player, if only for a week. More details »
