Interested in learning about a career in the sports industry? The Phillies Explorers program, open to high school boys and girls, allows students the opportunity to attend sessions once a month throughout the winter at the ballpark and hear from different Phillies employees. Each session highlights a member(s) of our front office who will discuss their job and career path. Professionals from areas such as ticket sales, merchandise, marketing, ballpark operations, public relations and community outreach help Explorers learn how instrumental each aspect is to the Phillies organization. Through interactive projects and discussions, each student will trace the steps that the Phillies front office takes to seamlessly execute what you see at the ballpark.

Explore careers with Phillies Post 660 and the Boy Scouts of America. For more than 20 years, the Phillies have hosted Post 660 of the Explorers - a branch of the Boys Scouts of America that invites high school students to explore different career avenues.

Registration is now closed for the 2016/2017 school year.
