SEASON TICKET FAQs

How do I renew my current season tickets?

The Phillies will email Season Ticket Renewal Information shortly after the season (2012 Season Ticket Invoices will be emailed in early November). You will have the opportunity to renew the same seats and game plan you had the previous season. After you receive your renewal information, you can pay for your season tickets in a variety of ways:

  1. Logging in to your account on phillies.com and paying with a credit card or an e-check
  2. Calling the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-5000 and paying with a credit card (the Phillies accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Please have your account number ready
  3. Mailing a check to the Phillies Sales Office in the return envelope provide and accompanied with the bottom portion of your invoice
  4. Coming down to the sales office at Citizens Bank Park located at the First Base Gate and making a payment with a sales representative

When will my tickets be printed and/or shipped?

Season tickets are typically mailed during the month of March and shipped via UPS 2-day, with a tracking number. If your address is a P.O. Box, tickets are shipped Priority Mail by USPS. Season tickets will not be mailed until final payment has been received. Please make sure your address on file is up to date.

How do I submit a change of address?

A change of address must come from the account holder of record and can be requested three ways:

  1. By logging into your season ticket account on phillies.com and clicking on "Edit Your Profile"
  2. By emailing seasonmvp@phillies.com and including the following information: account number, existing contact information and new contact information (address, phone(s), email) and a Phillies Sales Representative will respond to your request
  3. By mailing a letter to the Phillies, or to a specific sales representative, that includes all of your new contact information as well as your Phillies Account Number. Please send your letter to the following address:

  • Phillies Sales Office
  • Attn: Season Tickets
  • 1 Citizens Bank Way
  • Philadelphia, PA 19148

How and when can a Season Ticket Holder upgrade or relocate their season tickets?

In 2011, the Phillies capped season ticket sales at 28,500. With our current season ticket base and expected high rate of renewal, opportunities to upgrade and relocate will be minimal. If you have an interest in upgrading or relocating your current season tickets, please contact the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-5000 or seasonmvp@phillies.com and a representative will notate your request. If at some point a relocation or upgrade is possible, the Phillies will contact you to discuss your option(s).

What happens if I cannot attend a game on my season ticket plan?

If a season ticket holder cannot attend a game on their game plan, they can take advantage of StubHub. By logging on through phillies.com, season ticket holders can resell their tickets on StubHub using Instant eDelivery. For more information on selling your tickets on StubHub, please check out our StubHub FAQ's »

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

If your season tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Phillies Ticket Sales Office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the Season Seat Holder of record. The account holder will incur a charge for all reprints issued.

Parking cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park?

Any child three years of age and older is required to have a ticket to the game.

What happens if a game is postponed?

In the event a Phillies game is postponed due to inclement weather or for another reason, your tickets should be used for the rescheduled game. During the season, please feel free to check out phillies.com/weather for the most up to date information regarding weather conditions.
