Neil and Suzanne Alexander established in 2011 when Neil was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), the devastating condition known as Lou Gehrig's disease. Through this fund they hope to honor the example Lou Gehrig set for all people living with ALS - determination, hard work and grace in the face of adversity. Their goal, along with the shared vision of friends, family and the Advisory Committee, is to have a meaningful impact on the disease locally and nationally for years to come.
