Save Time:

Avoid waiting in line at the ticket office and save time by picking up or purchasing your Pirates tickets at a Kiosk. There are now 24 kiosks available in and around PNC Park.

Kiosk Will Call & purchase locations:

• Centerfield Gate, (Clemente Bridge entrance)
• Federal Street (located to the left of the Stargell Statue)
• Main Ticket Office (corner of Federal and General Robinson Streets)
• Trib Total Media Home Plate Gate

And new for 2012, three locations inside PNC Park:

• Behind section 114 and 129 on the main concourse
• In Gunner's, located on the Pittsburgh Baseball Club Level

Kiosk Will Call:

Instead of picking your tickets up at Will Call, pick your tickets up at one of the many pirates.com Kiosks!

How to pick up tickets at a Kiosk:

• Swipe the credit card you used in your transaction
• Confirm your order on the screen
• Print your tickets!

Kiosk Purchase:

Instead of waiting to buy tickets at the window, you can also purchase tickets at a Kiosk.

For 2012, all fees have been waived when purchasing your tickets at pirates.com Kiosks.

• Select the number of seats
• Confirm your order
• Enter your credit card
• Print your tickets!
