Will I have the same seat location for the Postseason as I did for the 2014 regular season?

We will do our best to provide you with your 2014 location or comparable location for the Postseason. Due to Major League Baseball ticket policies and procedures, some seats will have to be relocated.

What if my account includes a 20-game plan in addition to a full or half season ticket plan?

If your account also includes any 20-game plans, be advised that you should have received a separate email notice with a second link to view the information pertaining to Postseason access for 20-game plan holders.

How many additional Postseason strips can I purchase?

Due to the significant demand, at this time no Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional strips. If strips do become available we will offer our Season Ticket Holders an online presale at a later date.

Can I purchase single game tickets for the Postseason?

Based on availability, Pirates Season Ticket Holders will have an opportunity to purchase individual Postseason game tickets by round before the general public sale which will be in late September 2014.

What if I do not purchase my Postseason tickets by the September 5 deadline?

Postseason strips must be paid by September 5 at 5 P.M., or Season Ticket Holders relinquish the benefit of the early strip purchase opportunity. Any tickets for which payment has not been received by this deadline will be released and allocated for sale through other channels including to other season ticket holders and individual game buyers.

When will my Postseason tickets be mailed?

Postseason tickets will be sent to the address on your account in late September, prior to the first Postseason game. More details will follow as we approach the Postseason. If your address changes after September 5, please alert your account representative.

Can I purchase pre-paid parking for the Postseason?

If your current season ticket plan includes parking, we have placed a line item on your invoice for parking for the entirety of the Postseason as well; simply pay the amount listed in full. However, due to Major League Baseball rules & regulations, your parking pass may be relocated from your current 2014 location.

If I didn't have a parking pass during the regular season, can I purchase a parking pass for the entire Postseason?

We are working on providing a solution for season ticket holders to purchase Postseason parking strips online. If we can provide this opportunity we will communicate the details to you when we have them. This parking would be sold on a first come, first serve basis and would need to be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

What happens to any unused money from my Postseason strip(s)?

Unused money from any games in your strip that were not played during the 2014 Postseason not played will be applied to your 2015 season ticket account. If you wish to receive a refund for any unplayed games you must submit a request in writing to: Postseason Refunds - 115 Federal Street - Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

Refund requests must be received by December 1, 2014. Once the 2014 Postseason concludes we will start processing refund requests, however, due to the sheer volume of accounts, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If you do not request a refund by the December 1, 2014 deadline credits from any games that were not played will be automatically applied to your 2015 season ticket account.

Will I be charged for the Tiebreaker game and how do I get my tickets for this game?

Yes, you will be charged for one Tiebreaker game and the ticket will be included in your Postseason ticket mailing. If the Pirates host more than one Tiebreaker game at PNC Park there will be a public, individual ticket on-sale. If there are no Tiebreaker games played at PNC Park you can request a refund by December 1, 2014 or those funds will be posted towards your 2015 Regular Season Plan.

When will I receive my 2015 season ticket renewal information?

You will receive a separate online invoice with 2015 renewal information in September.
