Married to the former Tiffany Brick...The couple has 2 daughters, Jessica (10/23/96) and Alexandra (3/22/01) and a son, D'Angelo (7/10/04)...Graduated from Estudia Espillat High School in the Dominican Republic, where he played baseball and basketball...Splitsthe off-season between the Dominican Republic and Massachusetts...Batting cages at the Red Sox Dominican Academy were dedicated in his name in December 2006...His autobiography, Big Papi - My Story of Big Dreams and Big Hits made the New York Times Best Seller List in the spring of 2007.
