WFF Internship Program
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate interns to participate in our ongoing Internship Program. The internship is specifically designed to introduce students to the business of non-profit management.
The Wood Family Foundation's internship experience may vary slightly depending on what events and/or programs fall within the Internship period. Our signature fund-raisers are our Kerry Wood Strike Zone Celebrity Bowling Tournament (June) and Woody's Winter Warm-Up (January), although several smaller fund-raisers happen throughout the year. Our focus programs include participation in Back to School Supply Drives and Rallies, our Wood Family Foundation Baseball Clinic and Warm Wishes Holiday Toy and Coat Drive.
Candidate must be an undergraduate or graduate student and may receive academic credit if an agreement is made between the Wood Family Foundation and the intern's college or university. Interns are expected to work 25 hours per week during the designated internship program. In addition, interns are expected to work at occasional after-hours events. For consideration, applicants must submit a resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
