Change of Contact Person

Company/Business Requests: If the season tickets are in the name of a business, the company may request a change in the name of the contact person for its account. A formal request must be made in writing on company letterhead and the account holder of record, as well as an officer of the company must sign it. The tickets will remain in the company name and the Seattle Mariners reserve the right to approve any such request.

Individual Requests: Season ticket accounts can only be transferred with the permission of the Seattle Mariners. All requests must be made in writing by the account holder of record and sent to the Seattle Mariners Ticket Office. The Seattle Mariners reserve the right to approve any such requests.

Season Ticket Exchange Policy

Season Tickets for a future game may be exchanged at the Safeco Field Box Office for the best available seats. Beginning in March 29, 2011, these tickets can be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. All seating exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single game ticket purchase. The season ticket discount, special promotions and/or coupon offers do not apply. There will be no exchanges into a lower ticket price on the day of the game or exchanges for unused tickets to past games.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Seattle Mariners tickets are valuable and should be treated as cash. Your tickets should be locked in a safe place at all times.

Stolen tickets will be duplicated and provided to the Season Ticket Holder of record as long as he/she provides a copy of the police department's report of theft.

Lost tickets, upon payment of $3 per ticket, will be duplicated and issued to the Season Ticket Holder of record.

Please call the Season Ticket Hotline at (206) 346-4003 for more information.

Ownership of Seat Location

Purchasers of Seattle Mariners season tickets obtain a license in the form of a ticket to use the seat location designated on the ticket only for the games issued. Your location is licensed to you on a one-year basis, unless you are a Charter Seat licensee. Holders of Charter Seat Licenses have purchased a right to renew their seats in future years. Ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations set forth on the back of the tickets, and must meet all payment deadlines. The Seattle Mariners own and control all rights to the seat locations for the Mariners home games.

Purchasers of season tickets do not have the right to transfer seat location(s) to an existing or new account. If you decide to relinquish your seats, the location is reassigned at the discretion of the Seattle Mariners.

Seat Location Changes

Requests for seat location changes are considered on an annual basis. Availability depends upon the number of cancellations received each year and the needs of the club. We try to allocate additional seats and seat changes based on the length of time you have been a season ticket holder.
