| Payment Plan |

| In order to reserve a date for the use of AT&T Park venues, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time the contract is signed. The deposit will be deducted from the total bill at the time of settlement. The balance of the rental fee is due seven days before the event. |

| Insurance |
|
|
| We can provide the necessary insurance for your event. Rates vary with venue, size, duration and nature of the event. If insurance is obtained by other means, a certificate of insurance is required for at least $2 million for property damage and bodily injury. |

|
| Availability |
|
|
| AT&T Park is available for rent during non-game days and on game days when the ballpark is not in use. Please contact AT&T Park for a schedule of available dates and times. |

| Restrictions |
|
|
| AT&T Park is a smoke-free facility.
