Eligibility: Major League Baseball Weekend Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 4/15/09. Employees, officers and directors of MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM," "MLB.com" or "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), General Motors Corporation ("GMC"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, dealerships, and advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean MLBAM, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

How To Participate: There are three (3) ways to enter: online, via kiosk or by mail. Between 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/15/09 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/14/09 ("Promotion Period"): 1) Visit www.MLB.com and click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes; then, follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit your online entry to enter in the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/14/09 to be eligible. Limit one (1) online entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day. Additional online entries received from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void; 2) Visit either Minute Maid Park during Houston Astros home games played between 4/17/09 and 6/11/09 or the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington during Texas Rangers home games played between 4/15/09 and 6/14/09 and submit your entry in accordance with the instructions provided in stadium. Game tickets will be required to enter the stadium. Limit one (1) entry per person and per game day. Additional online entries received from any person or during any game day of this Sweepstakes will be void; or 3) To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Major League Baseball Weekend Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17065 Bridgeport, CT 06673-7065. Each entry must be mailed separately, postmarked by no later than 6/15/09 and received by no later than 6/19/09 to be eligible. Limit thirty two (32) entries per person, per valid e-mail address & per household, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received in excess of thirty two (32) from any person, e-mail address or household will be void. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted and all such entries will be void. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/about_mlb_com/terms_of_use.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from MLBAM and/or GMC, and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact your chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or MLBAM by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, garbled, mutilated, undelivered or postage-due entries, mail or e-mail, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any game and/or event, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, mail or e-mail and/or the announcement of the prize. Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable, believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable 3"x 5" mail entry or, for the online entry method (#1 above), the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Administrator's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Administrator.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 6/22/09 by Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail (in Administrator's sole discretion) on/about 6/22/09. In the event that the selected potential winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or if Administrator is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, his/her prize will be forfeited and Administrator, at its discretion and time permitting, may select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. The decisions of MLBAM and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4)-day/three (3)-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® to be played at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri (exact dates to be determined by MLBAM in its sole and absolute discretion) (the "Grand Prize"). Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner's residence in the U.S. ($2,251/each), standard quad-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms, $576/per room/per night) and up to (4) tickets to each of the following: 2009 DHL All-Star FanFest® event ($30/per ticket), 2009 State Farm Home Run Derby® event ($225/per ticket), Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game, MLB® Legends Game ($100/per ticket), XM Futures Game, MLB® Red Carpet Parade and the 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® exhibition ($280/per ticket) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")=$15,000). Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner's city of departure. Seat locations shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable. Grand Prize does not include tickets to event or exhibition during the 2009 MLB All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if any winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of St. Louis, MO (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the designated 2009 MLB® All-Star Game® or any other game, event or prize-related activity is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Winner and his/her respective guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Grand Prize winner's guests must each be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian (as one of winner's guests). Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Grand Prize winner and each of his/her respective guest(s) agree to comply with all Major League Baseball and Major League Baseball Club stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of Major League Baseball game and/or event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to comply with rules and regulations may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. Administrator and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or any of his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or event. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game or event.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) permitted except by Administrator who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, luggage fees, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or a copy of other identification to Administrator and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within three (3) days of date of receipt. Potential Grand Prize winner's guest(s) (and, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Administrator's sole discretion from among all remaining eligible entries. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or potential winner does not execute and return all required documents within three (3) days of date of receipt, winner will be disqualified and, time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected at Administrator's sole discretion. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding and agree that (1) MLBAM and each of its respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, permission or notification to entrants; and (2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Administrator and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination at their discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, MLBAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
