Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) potential winner of the Grand Prize (defined below) will be selected in a random drawing on/about 10/14/11 from among all eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company. The first randomly selected potential Grand Prize winner that answers a telephone call placed by Administrator notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status and who agrees to accept the Grand Prize will be declared the potential Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons. In the event that any selected potential Grand Prize winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or is not available for any reason when called, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. The decisions of MLBAM and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If an eligible Canadian entrant is selected as a potential winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time before being declared a winner. If he/she answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, he/she will be disqualified, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Community Equipment Prize Drawing: One (1) potential Community Equipment Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on/about 10/14/11 from among all eligible entries received for the Community Equipment Prize Drawing. The Community Equipment Prize Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company, whose decisions are final/binding in all matters relating to the Community Equipment Prize Drawing. The potential Community Equipment Prize winner will be asked to designate a local municipality or baseball non-profit organization in their community. In the event that any selected potential local municipality or baseball non-profit organization (or any authorized representative thereof) declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules or the terms of the respective prize or if GM is unable to contact the potential local municipality or baseball non-profit organization within a reasonable time period then, subject to these Official Rules, the designated local municipality or baseball non-profit organization in the Community Equipment Prize winner's community will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and GM, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may award the prize to an alternate local municipality, baseball non-profit organization, or youth baseball league. Odds of winning the Community Equipment Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Community Equipment Prize Drawing.

One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a "Guest" and collectively, the "Guests") to one (1) game of the 2011 MLB World Series championship (such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (the "World Series Game") consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. or Canada; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (i.e. two standard (2) rooms, double occupancy), up to four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) Guests to attend the designated World Series Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the "Grand Prize") (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $9,000US). Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize Winner's city of departure and host city of the World Series Game. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the World Series Game shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Administrator and/or MLBAM, as applicable. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of the host city for the designated World Series Game (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. If the designated World Series Game or any other prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Each Guest of the Grand Prize Winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her state/province of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If any Guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward and he/she must accompany such child or legal ward on trip as one of the Guests. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion. Major League Baseball game and event dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests agree to comply with all Major League Baseball and Major League Baseball Club stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of Major League Baseball game and/or event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Administrator and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or any Guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game or event. Major League Baseball game tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply.

One (1) Community Equipment Prize: $2,000US worth of baseball equipment (designated by GM) awarded to the selected entrant's designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization (the "Community Equipment Prize"). ARV of the Community Equipment Prize: $2,000US. Exact baseball equipment to be donated will be determined by GM in its sole discretion. Baseball equipment is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by GM or any of the other Released Parties. Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use will be the responsibility of the winning local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization. All prize details are at GM's sole and absolute discretion. Choice of local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization is subject to GM's approval. If there is no youth baseball league in any winner's community, GM reserves the right to identify another youth baseball league to receive the Community Equipment Prize. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $11,000US.

Each winner is responsible for all income, federal, provincial, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, passport or visa fees (if applicable), baggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (or social insurance number if Canadian) and/or other identification to Administrator and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility (or, if a resident of Canada, a Declaration of Eligibility), Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of issuance. An authorized representative of each of the winning local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization will also be required to execute and return any documentation or agreements within the timelines designated by GM as a condition of receiving the prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of the respective prize to an alternate potential winner at Administrator's sole discretion from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing(s) at issue. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner, or if any potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and, time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected at Administrator's sole discretion from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing(s) at issue. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (1) Sponsor, GM and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, address (city and state/province of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation or consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damages of any kind to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (or any portion thereof) and/or any travel or activity related thereto (including attendance at the game or use of equipment).
