Not all wireless carriers participate. By entering this sweepstakes via text messaging the entrant is consenting to receive text and phone messages regarding the Sweepstakes.

To enter the Sweepstakes online, visit www.MLB.com/legends (the "Web Site") during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions provided to submit an entry including your choice for the 2012 Pepsi Max MLB Field of Dreams Game Designated Hitter. Entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from Sponsor and/or MLB.com, and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such e-mails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant's chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/mobile phone number per Day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. The person submitting the Sweepstakes entry must be the authorized account holder of such e-mail address if entering via online method of entry, or the authorized account holder/user of the mobile phone number if entering via text, otherwise entry may be deemed void. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor") in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address or phone number during the Sweepstakes Period.

Proof of e-mailing/text messaging does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related e-mail, IP addresses, or phone numbers may be blocked.
