Space Coast Stadium was built in 1993 and is located at 5800 Stadium Parkway in Viera, Florida. The stadium serves as the spring training facility for the Washington Nationals as well as the regular season facility for the Brevard County Manatees, the Florida State League affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
Space Coast Stadium is named in honor of NASA's achievements over the past three plus decades, and this theme is echoed in every corner of the ballpark.
Space Coast Stadium can seat up to 8,100 fans, with every seat providing a great view of the field. The home team is always in the first base dugout as the opposing team takes the dugout on third base.
The dimensions are 340 feet to the left and right field fence and 404 feet to center. The complex has one of the best facilities in the Major Leagues. Space Coast Stadium is home to five full practice fields, two half fields and an award winning stadium diamond.
Space Coast Stadium is located off of Interstate 95 along Florida's Space Coast. The stadium is situated South of Cape Canaveral and just North of Melbourne.
