The City of Palms Park Box office and the Red Sox Team Store at City of Palms Park are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Purchase Limits
There is a limit of eight (8) tickets per person. Purchasers who exceed posted limits or use automated systems are subject to a complete cancellation of ALL ticket orders and removal from future ticket purchasing opportunities. We reserve the right to revoke, cancel, or rescind any purchase of any tickets for events at City of Palms Park for any reason.
