For four days in June, you'll live the life of a big-leaguer. You'll dress in authentic, personalized uniforms, in the visitors' locker room at Busch Stadium. You'll play games on the field at Busch - with former Cardinals players among your teammates, and a former Cardinals player as your manager. You'll meet Cardinals legends and Hall of Famers.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) and are subject to a forfeiture of the $1000 deposit. To receive a full refund of the deposit, the cancellation must be received before March 25, 2016. A cancellation received between March 26, 2016 and April 14, 2016 will forfeit the $1000 deposit. A cancellation received on or after April 15, 2016 will be subject to a 100% penalty (full cost of camp) - NO REFUND. The St. Louis Cardinals reserve the right to cancel the camp for any reason at any time prior to commencement of the camp. In the event of such cancellation, participants will be entitled to a full refund.

Q. What is St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium Fantasy Camp?
A. Cardinals Fantasy Camp is a four day long baseball camp for Cardinals fans of all ages (27 and up) who love the St. Louis Cardinals and the game of baseball! The camp takes place at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO. Campers will play 4 games and participate in other baseball activities at Busch Stadium as well as attend evening events at the ballpark highlighting great moments in Cardinals history. At the 2016 Busch Stadium Fantasy Camp, the theme will be the 2006 World Series Championship team. Former Cardinals players will be amongst your teammates and a Former Cardinals player will be your manager. You will also hear stories and receive insight from Cardinals Hall of Famers. By the time you get ready to leave Jupiter, you will have plenty of stories and memories to last a lifetime!
Q. Where are the hotel accommodations?
A. Hotel accommodations are NOT provided with the cost of attending the Busch Stadium Fantasy Camp; however, we do have a block of rooms available for purchase at the Westin Hotel right next to the ballpark. More details will be provided upon registration.
Q. Who can participate?
A. Any adult 27 years of age or older who loves the St. Louis Cardinals!
Q. What is the average age?
A. The average age of participants is about 50 years old, but we see campers ranging from 27 years old all the way up to 80 years old.
Q. What is the ability of the participants?
A. There is a wide range of abilities from the campers who attend camp. Some have never picked up a bat, some played high school and college ball, and some pick up their gloves every summer to play in adult league softball/baseball. Skill is not a requirement; you just have to love the game! No camper has been asked to try out for the big league club, so just relax and have fun!
Q. What kind of physical shape must I be in to attend?
A. There are many levels of skill and ability at camp, but our main goal is for you to have a blast and create memories that will last you forever. We have our certified major & minor league trainers available to you all week long in case injury or other physical needs occur.
Q. Which players will be in attendance?
A. Former Cardinals are asked throughout the year to attend, expect to see some players from all time periods of Cardinals history. Currently scheduled to attend are Scott Terry, Willie McGee, Dave LaPoint, Tom Pagnozzi, Alan Benes, Cliff Politte, Vince Coleman, Tyler Greene, Rick Ankiel, Woody Williams, Gary Bennett, Brian Jordan, Brad Thompson & Kyle McClellan. We will also have a special night celebrating the 2006 World Series Champions with guest appearances by Tony LaRussa & Jim Edmonds. Players are subject to change.
Q. What is the cost?
A. Big League Camper is $5995 and the Bench Coach is $4595. Please see our "Details" tab for more information.
Q. Is a portion of Fantasy Camp tax-deductible?
A. Yes, a portion will be tax-deductible. After camp is over, staff will send an email with information about the amount.
Q. How can I get a discounted rate?
A. Previous Campers who will bring back a uniform from a previous year will receive a $500 discount. Please contact a Fantasy Camp staff member or firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
Q. Is transportation provided?
A. Airfare is NOT included in Camp prices; this will be an additional cost for travel accommodations.
Q. Will there be a photographer to capture your moments of glory?
A. An official Fantasy Camp photographer will be shooting great plays all week. These photos will be available for you to download for free after the camp.
Q. Can we take pictures and get autographs?
A. As stated above, we will have a camp photographer present taking photos of the entire camp. However, if you wish to take photos, you may. Photos are allowed out on the fields and during the evening events. However, no video or photos are allowed in the morning meetings. Also, no video is allowed at the evening events. If you have questions about the policy, please see a Fantasy Camp staff member.
You may ask for autographs from the former players, but we ask that you do not bother them during meals and please do not overwhelm them with requests. Please refrain from asking for Hall of Famer autographs; each camper will have a Hall of Fame autograph session in which they are allowed to get 2 items signed by each Hall of Famer. If you have any questions, please see a Fantasy Camp staff member.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. You need to bring anything that you feel will be required to participate in baseball activities - glove, rubber cleats or turf shoes (no metal spikes), batting gloves, protective cup, shower shoes, and other personal items. We will provide all necessary baseball equipment - helmets, wooden bats, catchers gear, baseballs. If you wish to bring your own wooden bat, you may do so. We will also provide the uniform (if you are a new camper or returning camper ordering a new uniform), shorts, t-shirt, Red hat and Blue hat, belts, socks, and some other items. You will get to keep your entire uniform and all the goodies that you receive at camp!
If you are a returning camper bringing back an old uniform, do not forget it!
A detailed list will be sent to all campers in the weeks leading up to camp.
Q. What shoes are acceptable for games?
A. Participants can wear turf shoes with plastic spikes only. No metal cleats will be allowed.
Q. What is the difference between a Big League Camper and a Bench Coach?
A. The only difference is that the Bench Coach will not play in games. This camper option was created for those Cardinals fans that want to attend Fantasy Camp, but are not able to participate in baseball activities due to injury. You will get the full camper experience excluding actually being drafted/playing in camp. You will work with the Legends and Manager on the team you are assigned to help create the lineup, coach first or third base, and cheer on your team as they compete.
Q. How many people attend camp?
A. Camp will consist of 4 teams with 10-12 campers per team. The maximum number of Bench Coaches is 4.
Q. How are the teams formed?
A. Friday is the first day at Busch Stadium. You will complete a workout and tryouts in the morning where you will be evaluated by all of the former Cardinals and Hall of Famers. Then, the managers will hold an official draft where they will create their teams. After their meeting, teams are revealed in the visiting clubhouse at Busch Stadium and you will go out to play your first game!
Q. What is the Fantasy Camp Game Schedule?
A. A detailed schedule will be given to campers upon registration. Generally, you will play one two games per day depending on your team’s schedule.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. During the day, the dress is casual baseball attire. For the evening events at Busch Stadium, campers can dress on the casual end of business casual - khakis, polo shirts, etc. Some campers wear blazers and dress pants to dinner, but it is not required.
Q. What meals are provided?
A. Breakfast and lunch are provided daily for all campers at Busch Stadium. Dinner is provided on Friday & Saturday evening at the events for all campers. All campers are allowed one complimentary guest for these events also. The guest must be registered to attend the evening events/dinners.
Q. Can I bring my family?
A. Yes, families are welcome. Each camper can bring one (1) guest free of charge to each of the evening events. Any additional guests will come at an additional cost. Watching games at Busch Stadium is free - campers are allowed to invite as many guests as they'd like. However, all guests must be registered with Fantasy Camp staff and will need credentials to visit Busch Stadium.
Q. What if I need to cancel my camp slot?

Q. What is the payment policy?

Q. Where do I get my welcome packet with all the final camp information?
A. Once you arrive to the welcome reception on Thursday evening, you will go through a welcome registration. You will check in, receive credentials & goodie bag, have a headshot taken for photos at Busch Stadium, and get your camp schedule. A schedule will be sent out prior to arriving to camp, but a final schedule will come at registration.
Q. Who do the proceeds benefit?
A. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Mercy Cardinals Kids Cancer Center in St. Louis.
