For your convenience, you have the option to have your Redbird Nation membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact premium(s) provided may change from year to year. Redbird Nation will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2015 Redbird Nation membership if a refund request is received by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your 2015 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will Redbird Nation memberships be refunded once the two complimentary tickets have been redeemed.
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2014 MEMBERSHIP
All Redbird Nation members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2015 will receive notification of the pending renewal in January 2015 and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later. IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
If you purchase a 2015 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renew, then your membership will automatically renew in or around February 2016, unless you contact us by Jan. 15, 2016, to cancel the automatic renewal feature. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February 2016 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in or around February 2016 with no refunds, returns or exchanges.
We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a Redbird Nation membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive the Redbird Nation online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.
