Your original tickets and/or parking passes must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the game you would like to exchange or attend.

Please read the following information regarding Future Game Exchanges:
Full Season Ticket Holders may exchange up to 10 future games during the 2012 regular season.
Weekend & Weekday Plan Season Ticket Holders may exchange up to 5 future games during the 2012 regular season.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Matinee Plan Season Ticket Holders may exchange up to 3 future games during the 2012 regular season.
The original season tickets must be turned in for an exchange to be processed and may be exchanged only once. Tickets that have already been exchanged may not be exchanged again. Exchanged tickets may not be combined with group sales orders or events.
Season Ticket Holders will receive seats/parking passes in the same price level for future game exchanges, subject to availability.
Future game exchanges are on a ticket-for-ticket basis and may not be combined to exchange for tickets in a higher price category or multiple tickets in a lower price category.
Game types (Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver Games) are subject to change. To do a Future Game Exchange for a game that has changed in game type, you must turn in another future game that is equal or greater to that new game type. However, tickets from a game that has changed in game type will still be accepted for ticket exchanges equal to their original game type.
Single game tickets, group tickets and other types of tickets may not be exchanged or redeemed.

A maximum of ten (10) unused past game tickets may be redeemed for any of the games listed below (subject to availability). Your original tickets must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the game you would like to attend.

Please read the following information regarding Past Game Redemptions:
Unused season tickets in the Avantair Home Plate Club, Whitney Bank Club, Fieldside Box and Lower Infield Box may be redeemed for best available Lower Box seats. Unused season tickets in all other locations may be redeemed for seats in the same price category. Lower Box season tickets will be redeemed for Lower Box seats beyond the bases or Lower Reserved seats. All redemptions are subject to availability.
The original season tickets may be exchanged or redeemed once. Tickets that have already been exchanged or redeemed may not be turned in again. Redeemed tickets may not be combined with group sales orders or events.
Due to the configuration of reserved parking, unused parking passes may not be redeemed.
Single game tickets, group tickets and other types of tickets may not be exchanged or redeemed.
MAIL: Future and past game tickets for games that you cannot or did not attend may be mailed but must be received by Season Ticket Services at least five (5) business days prior to the game you want to exchange or attend.
DURING A GAME, drop the tickets off at the Season Ticket Services table located on the main concourse behind Section 108 for future processing. If tickets are dropped off ten (10) business days in advance of the game date, we will be happy to mail your new tickets. All others will be left at Will Call. The table is open until the middle of the 3rd inning.
