Mike Fetters

Begins his third season as Quality Control Coach and sixth in the D-backs' organization. In his current role, he assists the Major League coaching staff in their on-feld preparations and scouting meetings and works with pitchers during Spring Training. Served as an Advisor to Baseball Operations & Scout Team in 2012. Worked as a part-time color analyst on Arizona's radio broadcasts in 2010-12.

Playing career

Went 31-41 with 100 saves and a 3.86 ERA in 620 games (6 starts) over 16 Major League seasons with the Angels (1989-91, '98), Brewers (1992-97), A's (1998), Orioles (1999), Dodgers (2000-01), Pirates (2001-02), Twins (2003) and D-backs (2002, '04). Named to the Brewers Wall of Honor in June 2014. Appeared in 65 games with Arizona, going 2-4 with 1 save and a 6.65 ERA. Ranked ffth in AL in 1996 with a career-high 32 saves. Selected by the Dodgers in the frst round (27th overall) in the 1986 free agent draft.

Personal

Michael Lee Fetters. Married to Tanya…has 4 children: Bryant, Micah, Tyana and Brenna…son Micah played basketball for Grand Canyon University. Attended Pepperdine University. Is a 1983 graduate of Iolani School in Honolulu, Hawaii. Worked as an agent for the Beverly Hills Sports Council from 2005-09.
