Coordinator...prior to his coordinator positoin, Bo spent six seasons as the Double-A Tulsa Pitching Coach...McLaughlin has
tutored several hurlers that have become Major League pitchers for the Rockies, including Jeff Francis, Ubaldo Jimenez,
Manuel Corpas, Franklin Morales, Jhoulys Chacin and Rex Brothers, among others...under McLaughlin's guidance in 2004,
Jeff Francis was named Baseball America's Minor League Player of the Year and Ryan Speier won the Rolaids Relief Man
Award...prior to joining the Rockies, Bo was a member of the Orioles organization for four years, serving as Minor League
Pitching Coordinator from 1999-2001 after spending 1998 as the pitching coach at Bowie (AA)...joined the Orioles from
Montreal, where he was the Triple-A pitching coach at Ottawa in 1997 and the Double-A pitching coach for Harrisburg in 1995-
96...began his coaching career in the Cubs organization with Single-A Peoria (1993) and Double-A Orlando (1994).
