He, his wife Wilquidia, daughter Emili (10/21/96) and sons Rafael (8/25/99) and Felix Jr. (2/11/02) reside in Barahona, DR during the off-season...Pitched for Escogido in the Dominican Winter League following the 1996 season, posting a 1-1 record, 4.35 ERA and 11 saves in 21 outings -- led the league with 11 saves...Posted a 3-3 record and 1.67 ERA (37.2IP/7ER) in seven outings for Azucareros in the Dominican Winter League following the 2006 season.
