ACCESSIBLE SEATING FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
Globe Life Park provides seats that are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. These spaces are located in each price level, and are generally depicted on the seating diagram. In addition, the accessible seating areas include companion seats which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends or family members. Wheelchair assistance is available by contacting Guest Relations, by asking any Globe Life Park staff member, or by calling 817-273-5131. This service will transport guests from any corner of Globe Life Park to any seating location. Post-game assistance is also available. The Texas Rangers are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided with equal access to all programs, services, and facilities offered at Globe Life Park. The Rangers provide closed captioning on the main centerfield video board for hearing disabled fans. Guests requiring further assistance to or from the parking areas of Globe Life Park may be aided by the Rangers courtesy cart. Guests with a disability may utilize segways at any games with attendance under 30,000 fans. The Rangers are also happy to make reasonable accommodations and modifications to their existing policies to ensure equal access to all guests. ALCOHOL SALES AND NON-ALCOHOL SECTION
Section 335 has been designated as a non-alcohol section at Globe Life Park for all regular season games. Sales and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in this section. Alcohol sales will be discontinued in all seating areas after the 7th inning and at concession stands after the 8th inning or two and one-half hours subsequent to the start of a single game, whichever occurs first. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of Rangers management. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol from being brought into or out of Globe Life Park. Beer, wine, and mixed beverages purchased may move freely between the concourse levels and the Clubs. The Texas Rangers remind guests to drink responsibly.

As part of the Texas Rangers theme of providing customer service Second to None, Ambassadors are responsible for greeting and assisting guests throughout the ballpark. Ambassadors will proactively welcome guests as they arrive, answer questions, provide information and directions, and offer any suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best. Ambassadors bring a contagious enthusiasm to Globe Life Park. In order to ensure that this happens, the Rangers selected the most energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people to join the Texas Rangers Ambassador team. The Ambassadors will be in place to help ensure that the guests are having fun and know where they are going.
Animals are not permitted into Globe Life Park with the exception of service animals trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of a guest with a disability and for Bark at the Park, presented by PetSmart, on Saturday, May 2, 2015, when the Rangers host the Oakland Athletics at 7:05 p.m.
AT&T SEASON TICKET HOLDER SERVICES AREA
Located behind the First Base Ticket Office with an entrance on the Main Concourse between Sections 42 and 44, this exclusive area allows season ticket holders to exchange tickets, purchase discounted individual game tickets and Rangers Captain Cash, or drop off tickets for other guests at Will Call in a climate-controlled facility. Dedicated staff is on hand to provide the best season ticket holder service in baseball.

Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to the start of each game. Major League Baseball rules prohibit players from signing autographs after that time. The Texas Rangers ask that anyone seeking autographs show consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.
In the unfortunate event that a guest locks his/her keys in their car, the Rangers have a locksmith, that can unlock most vehicles, who remains on the premises until approximately 1 hour after each home game. The cost of this service is $30 cash. The Rangers courtesy cart can aid guests that experience problems with dead batteries; there is no charge for this service. Guests requiring either locksmith or courtesy cart services must contact the nearest Globe Life Park staff member.

Texas Rangers games are broadcast in English primarily on 105.3 FM The Fan. Regular season games will be carried in Spanish primarily on ESPN Deportes 1540 AM.
On television, FOX Sports Southwest will carry most Rangers telecasts. As part of national broadcast agreements, FOX Network will carry some Saturday games, and ESPN will carry some Sunday night games. The broadcast schedule is subject to change during the season. The Budweiser Bowtie in Vandergriff Plaza features four full-service concession stands (Flew the Coop, Ryan Express, Smokehouse 557, and Taqueria), seating clusters, and a large video board mounted on the back of the Hyundai Club. Near Vandergriff Plaza and adjacent to the Majestic Grand Slam Gift Shop, the Centerfield Market features Gluten Free foods, sundries, hand-dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream, and a wide assortments of snacks and drinks.
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in Globe Life Park. However, flash photography, video reproductions, and equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game are prohibited.
For the safety of on-field personnel and enjoyment of our guests, selfie sticks -- or any device that extends a camera, a device with a camera, or a recording device -- are prohibited at Globe Life Park.
CAMPS AND CLINICS PRESENTED BY ACADEMY SPORTS AND OUTDOORS
The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark hosts an assortment of baseball camps from March-December during the 2015 season. There are baseball experiences available for everyone ages 4-16. Players at these camps will receive pro-treatment while developing their hitting, throwing, fielding, base running, as well as learn through live and controlled scrimmages. CAPITAL ONE CLUB
The 9,100 square foot club, renovated in 2013, provides an impressive view of the field. Season ticket holders with seats in VIP and Premium Home Plate Seats, Premium Dugout, VIP Infield, and Long-Term Suites have game-long access to the Capital One Club. A full buffet is served from the time gates open through the third inning. Beginning in the 4th inning, the club converts to bar service with a mini buffet and is open to season ticket holders with seats in Premium Infield, Lower Infield, Lexus Club Infield, and Lexus Club Box. CAPTAIN MORGAN CLUB
The lower portion of the office building behind the left-center field seats is home to the Captain Morgan Club, a restaurant and sports bar. The two-level facility overlooks the playing field and is open to all fans with tickets before, during, and after Rangers home games. A full a la carte menu is offered including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and BBQ fare. FOX Sports Southwest has studio space on the second floor, and 105.3 The Fan often carries live broadcasts from the club. CELL PHONE CHARGING STATIONS
The AT&T charging stations, located at Southwest Airlines 1st Base Gate and Southwest Airlines 3rd Base Gate, Guest Relations, located inside Captain Morgan Club, and outside Jack Daniel's Club, offer fans a place to charge their cell phones at Globe Life Park. Please do not leave your devices unattended while on the charging stations. AT&T, Texas Rangers, and Globe Life Park are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged phones.
CENTER FIELD GROUP RAILING
The Center Field Group Railing, located on either side of the Hyundai Club in the Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza, is available for groups of 14 or 20, or reserve the entire rail for 34 guests. The restaurant portion of the Cholula All You Can Eat Seats has been completely renovated for the 2015 season. Each ticket still includes unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and soft drinks, and now your ballpark favorites are served in the sleek and redesigned grill behind the Upper Home Run Porch. Food service begins when the ballpark gates open and ends two hours after the scheduled game time. Gate prices for individual tickets are $48 and $53 for premier games (prices can vary from game to game; see TICKETS for more info), and discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. There are over 100 fixed and portable concession stands on three concourses operated by Sportservice, one of the largest concessionaires in baseball. A wide variety of food is offered including hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, pizza, nachos, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, ice cream, and desserts. Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands and a majority of portables.
No metal cans, glass containers or alcoholic beverages may be carried into Globe Life Park. In addition, no hard coolers, or oversized bags will be admitted. Only soft-sided, collapsible coolers without plastic inserts are allowed (liners must be removable). All bags and purses must be 16x16x8 or smaller and are subject to search by ballpark staff.

Fans 21 years or older, with a valid driver's license, may sign a pledge card agreeing not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and accepting responsibility for driving the other members of their groups home safely. Pledge cards are available at Guest Relations. Guests completing these cards are entered into a drawing for free Texas Rangers merchandise.
DROP OFF LANE
Prior to games, fans may be dropped off in the protected lane on the north side of the ballpark between Mazda Home Plate Gate and Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate on Road to Six Flags. Vehicles must be attended at all times. Following the game, all vehicles picking up at this location must be attended while they are waiting for their guest(s) to arrive. Fans may not be dropped off on any other road or intersection around Globe Life Park. Pick up points could change due to game traffic.
For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Globe Life Park has several elevators. The elevator for suite patrons is located at Section 25 along the Main Concourse, inside the Capital One Club Lobby. Guests with special needs may utilize one of the following elevators:

As a special service, guests expecting emergency phone calls may leave their seat locations at the Guest Relations office behind Mazda Home Plate Gate. If a call is received, a representative will be dispatched to the guest's seat with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted.

Escalators are located behind Mazda Home Plate Gate and along the first and third base sides of each concourse. One home plate escalator always runs down. The other home plate escalator runs up until the last out when it begins traveling downward. First and third base escalators run upward until traffic begins to exit Globe Life Park, but no earlier than the eighth inning, at which time they both turn to the downward position. Upper Level guests are instructed to use the home plate escalators to exit, and Lexus Club Level guests use first and third base escalators.
We encourage everyone to cheer for his or her favorite team and players, but do so in a manner as to not distract from another fan's enjoyment of the game.
Consume alcohol responsibly: any intoxicated person or person under the age of 21 years old in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages are subject to ejection without refund and arrested by the Arlington Police Department.
Any person entering onto the playing field may be immediately ejected from the ballpark without refund, and arrested by the Arlington Police Department..
Any person throwing any item, or attempting to distract a player with a laser pointer, light or any other item may be immediately ejected from the ballpark without refund, and subject to arrest by the Arlington Police Department.
Any guest encountering difficulties with any other guest is encouraged to notify any representative of Globe Life Park. Guest Assist allows text message communication between fans and facility operations. If a ballpark guest is in need of assistance, they may use their mobile phone to text REPORT to 69050. The request is received by the Command Center, and Rangers personnel are able to respond immediately to diagnose the problem and dispatch, security, or medical staff to the guest's location, as needed. The system is NOT for ordering food and beverages.
Walk-through or hand-held metal detectors are located at the entry points to Globe Life Park. Belts and shoes do not need to be removed during the scanning process. For the safety of all fans, anyone entering with purses or bags will be subject to a mandatory search.
No weapons including but not limited to firearms and knives with blades over 5 ½ inches, laser pointers, metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the ballpark. In addition, no hard coolers, or oversized bags will be admitted. Fans may only bring in soft-sided, collapsible coolers without plastic inserts (liners must be removable). Banners may be hung in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress or obstruct the view of others. Smoking, Smoking Devices, or E-Cigarettes are not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, suite level, or on the Main Concourse behind Section 44 past the Visitors Bullpen. But guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps, below the club concourse level.
Any person using obscene, profane, or offensive language may be ejected without refund.
Fans will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a family setting.
Any person wearing clothing with language, graphics, or revealing parts of their body that may be offensive to another guest may be denied entry into the ballpark, or ejected from the ballpark without refund.
Persons entering the ballpark without a ticket or occupying a seat for which they do not hold a ticket may be ejected without refund.
The Rangers do not provide autographed pictures, postcards, baseballs, cards or other items, but you are welcome to write each player individually to request an autograph. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. The Rangers are not responsible for any items sent directly to players and items dropped off at the Ballpark will not be accepted.

First aid rooms are located on the third base side of the Main Concourse near Section 5 and on the third base side of the Lexus Club Level near Section 208. Emergency medical personnel, nurses and medics are on duty at each event.

Newly renovated in 2014, the Jack Daniel's Club is located in the area that formerly housed the Diamond Club. The Jack Daniel's Club is open exclusively to season ticket holders. The buffet is open when the ballpark gates open and will continue service until one and a half hours after first pitch. The Jack Daniel's "All You Can Eat" buffet may be purchased, which features Chef created entrées with vegetable and starch choices, salad creations, ballpark favorites, carved meats and various side accompaniments. Rangers Captain invites all fans 13 and under to join the Jr. Rangers - the official kids fan club of the Texas Rangers. Children 13 years of age or younger are eligible for reduced-price tickets in Upper Reserved and Grandstand Reserved seating areas, and children under 36 inches tall may be admitted free of charge but must occupy a ticket holder's lap.
Housed on the first floor of the office building in left-center field behind Vandergriff Plaza, the Kid's Zone features interactive areas for both big and small kids, kid's concessions and kid-size Rangers merchandise. Big kids will have fun climbing, sliding, and jumping, and little kids will enjoy stacking boxes, turning the windmill, and appearances from Rangers Captain. Both will enjoy the air-conditioned comfort, and the whole family will appreciate restrooms located within the Kid's Zone, including a family restroom. During all Globe Life Park events, found items will be immediately taken to the Guest Relations office. After each game, all items are stored for safe keeping by Globe Life Park Security; found items are disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity after being held for 30 days. The Rangers suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock to assist Globe Life Park staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Globe Life Park employee or go to the Guest Relations office, located behind home plate on the Main Concourse.

A statue of Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan was erected in 1997. The statue, located in Vandergriff Plaza in Center Field, sits atop an Oklahoma Flagstone pitching mound and is encircled by a marble ring detailing many of his Major League achievements.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, noisemakers of any type (drums, horns, plastic vuvuzela horns, etc.) are prohibited at Globe Life Park.
Multiple parking lots surround Globe Life Park providing convenient access from major highways. General Parking is available for $15 and primarily located on the north and east sides of the ballpark. General parking passes are available for advance purchase online.
Lexus Valet Parking is available for every game on the north, east, west, and south sides of Globe Life Park at a cost of $40 and may be purchased in advance by calling 972-RANGERS x1. Lexus Valet Parking on the north, east, and west side of the ballpark begins operation three hours prior to the start of each game, and the south side location begins operating an hour and a half prior to the start of each game. Lexus Valet locations may reach capacity prior to game time. Rangers Captain is the official team mascot of the Texas Rangers. It is always a surprise where the team's fun and furry horse will appear, but fans can catch him for a picture or an autograph at each home game. RANGERS FANS STATUE
A full-size bronze statue honoring the memory of Shannon Stone was dedicated in April 2012. The statue, which is entitled Rangers Fans, depicts Mr. Stone and his six-year-old son Cooper attending a Rangers game. Created by renowned Western artist Bruce Greene, the statue is located outside Mazda Home Plate Gate. Shannon Stone is the Brownwood, Texas firefighter who passed away from injuries suffered in a tragic accident on July 7, 2011, at Globe Life Park.
RESALE OF TICKETS
BBy City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Globe Life Park, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.
Restrooms and water fountains are located on all levels of Globe Life Park. Diaper-changing areas are available in both women's and men's restrooms. A family restroom is located in the Kid's Zone behind Vandergriff Plaza in center field, inside First Aid on the Main Concourse near section 5, and inside First Aid on the Lexus Club Level near section 208.
Two shuttle routes serve patrons parking in lots north of Globe Life Park. The red shuttle route stops at the corner of Nolan Ryan Expressway and Road to Six Flags and serves Lots G and N on Legends Way. The blue shuttle route serves fans parking in Lot F with pickups from the west on Legends Way and east on Convention Center Drive. All shuttles stop at Mazda Home Plate Gate. Shuttles run three hours pre-game and two hours post-game. Please see the parking map for exact locations.
Smoking, Smoking Devices, or E-Cigarettes are not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, suite level, or on the Main Concourse behind Section 44 past the Visitors Bullpen. But guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps, below the club concourse level.

Suite holders have access to their suites from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game or other event. Access to the suite level is restricted to suite holders and their ticketed guests only. Full and half season suite holders can bring in grocery-store purchased items, but these items must be in the suite prior to public gates opening. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Globe Life Park and no outside catering is allowed. This policy is strictly enforced. To schedule a time to bring in permitted items, please call a suite coordinator at 817-273-5279.
Tailgate parties are permitted in the parking lots of Globe Life Park as long as festivities do not interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Use of an open flame for cooking or other purposes is prohibited. Outside food companies (other than Sportservice) are not permitted to cater tailgate parties. Please call 817-273-5007 for more information. Parking lots open three hours prior to game time during the regular season (parking lot opening times are subject to change).
Guests in need of transportation may find taxis located outside just north of the Third Base Entrance after each home game. The Third Base Entrance is located at the northeast corner of Globe Life Park and faces the intersection of Ballpark Way and Road to Six Flags.
TEXAS RANGERS BASEBALL FOUNDATION KIOSK
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation hosts a kiosk located near section 13-15 on the main concourse near the third base escalator. This kiosk features a plinko board and periodically other sale items. All proceeds benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Fans may also make donations online at texasrangers.com/foundation.
TEXAS RANGERS BASEBALL HALL OF FAME
The Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame offers a unique setting for group entertainment on both game days (100 guest minimum) and non-game days. Located on the lower level of Globe Life Park behind Lower Home Run Porch, the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame can accommodate up to 800 guests on three levels. Your unforgettable event may utilize the private 235 stadium-style theatre or simply the spacious event areas, including the lower level housing Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame plaques and memorabilia. The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark is a state-of -the-art facility located directly north of Globe Life Park. The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark is perfect for birthday parties, corporate group outings, civil group activity days, and more. It is equipped with catering abilities through Sportservice, a concession stand, clubhouses attached to enclosed dugouts, electronic scoreboard, public address system, men's and women's restrooms, and field lights. The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark can be rented any day of the week (subject to availability) and is also the site of yearly baseball tournaments and Texas Rangers Baseball camps and clinics. During the regular season, tickets for all Texas Rangers home games may be purchased by calling 972-RANGERS x1, online at texasrangers.com, or at the Southwest Airlines First Base Box Office, located on the south side of Globe Life Park near the First Base entrance. All phone and internet orders are subject to per-ticket service charges.

Ticket Office will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th and Labor Day, Tuesday, September 7th.
The First Base Box Office opens at 9 am (10 am on weekend games or noon on Sunday evening games) and closes 3 hours after first pitch or the end of the game (whichever comes first). The advanced sales window, located near Mazda Home Plate entrance, will stay open until 3.5 hours after first pitch or 30 minutes after the game has ended (whichever comes first). For Sunday Games, the box office will close 2 hours after first pitch. All other box offices open 1.5 hours before the start of the game and close 45 minutes after the start of the game.
Trolley service is provided to select hotel guests within the Arlington Entertainment District and serves the following attractions: Globe Life Park, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, Arlington Visitors Center, and the Arlington Convention Center. Trolley service for Globe Life Park begins 1-1/2 hours pre-game and ends 20 minutes post-game. This plaza is named after former Arlington Mayor Tom Vandergriff who was instrumental in bringing the Rangers franchise to Texas. A statue honoring his work in bringing the Rangers to the Metroplex was erected in 1997 and greets fans as they enter this area.

The designated Will Call Only windows at the First Base Box Office are reserved for customers who would like to drop off tickets for someone in their party during the regular season. Fans picking up tickets left for them at Will Call may utilize the Will Call Only windows at the First Base Box Office. Fans who purchased tickets on texasrangers.com or on the phone with a Rangers representative will utilize Will Call on Demand (see below). No tickets will be accepted for drop off at will call during the postseason.

Fans who received a confirmation number when purchasing their tickets online at texasrangers.com or by speaking with a Rangers representative at 972-RANGERS may pick up their will call tickets at any open ticket window. To pick up tickets at any box office, fans will need to bring the confirmation number or the credit card number used at the time of purchase and a valid photo ID.
