Postseason Refunds - Individual Game Ticket Purchase »

Individual tickets purchased on the phone and over the internet, will automatically be refunded to the credit card used for their purchase. Those tickets do not need to be returned to the Texas Rangers. Tickets purchased at the box office will be accompanied by a refund form. These tickets should be mailed to the Rangers Ticket Office with the refund form*:

It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for all refund requests to be processed. All requests for refunds must be received by December 1, 2011.

*If you misplaced your refund form, please make sure to include your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number in your refund request along with your tickets. Overnight service or certified mail is recommended. Please make a copy of your tickets for your records before you mail them in. If tickets are lost in the mail, the Rangers will be unable to process your refund.

Postseason Refunds - 2012 Season Ticket Deposits with 2011 Postseason Options »

Payment must be by credit card. By purchasing online, you authorize the Rangers to charge your credit card for the postseason ticket strips and 2012 reservation fee immediately. The postseason strip fee is non-refundable, and the amount paid for any postseason games that are not played will be applied towards your 2012 season tickets. The 2012 reservation fee is also non-refundable and will be applied towards your 2012 season tickets. If you pay the reservation fee but ultimately decide not to purchase season tickets for 2012, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Tickets »

Please safeguard your postseason tickets and handle them as you would handle cash. Risk of loss or theft passes to the Account Holder upon receipt of the tickets. Stolen postseason tickets will be replaced only when the account holder of record presents an official police report to the Rangers Ticket Office. Lost postseason tickets will not be replaced in any manner including, without limitation, the issuance of replacement tickets. Tickets cannot be repurchased under any circumstances.

Sale of Tickets at Rangers Ballpark »

Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale near Rangers Ballpark may be removed and face criminal prosecution, and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from the Rangers.

Advertising and Promotions »

Postseason tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes (including without limitation, as raffle prizes for charities) without the express written consent of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.

Proper Ticket Usage »

Rangers Ballpark staff will strictly enforce proper postseason ticket usage. Be sure to keep your Tie-Breaker, Division Series, League Championship Series, and World Series tickets separated. Be careful not to distribute or use tickets for the wrong series or game.

Will Call & Ticket Office Information »

The Will Call Windows or Rangers Ticket Office cannot be used for distribution of your postseason tickets. Drop-offs for will call will not be accepted.

How to use your 2011 Postseason Tickets »

American League Division Series:
Your Division Series tickets are labeled Home Game 1, Home Game 2, and Home Game 3. The ticket designated Home Game 1 is for the first game of the Division Series played at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. That may or may not be the first game played in the Division Series. If the Rangers have home field advantage in the Division Series, then Home Game 1 will be Game 1 of the Division Series. If the Rangers do not have home field advantage, Home Game 1 will be Game 3 of the Division Series.

World Series:
Unlike the first two series, the tickets in the World Series are designated by the specific game in the Series. The tickets are labeled Game 3, Game 4, and Game 5 because it has already been determined that the National League will have home field advantage in the World Series. The Texas Rangers will host Games 3, 4, and 5 at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (if Game 5 is necessary).

Rangers Captain Cash expires at the end of the regular-season.

Season and individual tickets that include a food and beverage package during the regular-season will not receive this amenity for any postseason games. Locations that will not include a food and beverage package are All You Can Eat Seats, Home Plate Seats, and Cuervo Club Leather Lounge Seats.
