2013 POSTSEASON INFORMATION

Refund Information

Thank you for supporting your Texas Rangers.

You may request a refund on your 2013 postseason tickets by following the instructions below.

  • Season Ticket Holders - Postseason Roll Over for 2014 Renewals
    For all season ticket accounts in good standing, postseason ticket balances will be applied as a non-refundable deposit toward your 2014 season ticket package unless you request a refund. Refunds for un-played games can be requested by mail to:

    Please make sure to include your season ticket account name, account number, and daytime phone number in your refund request. Refunds will only be issued to the account holder of record. Do not return your season tickets for un-played games. These tickets will not be honored for refund at any location. All requests for refunds must be received by December 2, 2013.

  • If you purchased individual tickets on the phone or online, your refund will be issued directly to the credit card used for your purchase. These tickets do not need to be returned to the Rangers.

  • If you purchased in-person at Globe Life Park, you will need to return your tickets along with the refund form* you received at the time of your purchase. Mail your tickets and refund forms to:

  • * If you misplaced your refund form, please make sure to include your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number in your refund request along with your tickets. Overnight service or certified mail is recommended. Please make a copy of your tickets for your records before you mail them. Otherwise, the Rangers will be unable to process your refund if tickets are lost in the mail. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the postseason for all mailed refund requests to be processed.

All requests for refunds must be received by December 2, 2013.
