When Globe Life Park in Arlington was built, it was partially financed by the issuance of seat options and bonds. If an option holder wishes to sell or transfer their seat(s) to another individual or company, a transfer fee equal to 20% of each seat option being sold is required. If you have any questions, please call (972) RANGERS.
Your season tickets are valuable. Please treat them as cash. In case your tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is brought to the game, the Texas Rangers require a credit card to be left on file. Please note: If tickets are reprinted, your original tickets will become invalid and the holder of the original ticket will not be allowed entry into Globe Life Park. For your benefit and for that of people to whom you give tickets, please make sure you have not distributed your tickets prior to requesting replacements.
Postseason Game Tickets
Postseason tickets are sold as a separate package. Options for post season purchases will be determined by the Texas Rangers based on the inventory available for sale.
If a season ticket holder declines the option to purchase postseason seats, this will not affect their season ticket renewal option for the following regular season. Season ticket holders may request a full refund for games paid for but not played or apply the value of non-played postseason games to their account for use the following season.
Season Ticket Holder ID Card
All season ticket holders receive two season ticket identification cards per account. Your season ticket ID card entitles you to 15% discounts on Texas Rangers merchandise at Globe Life Park in Arlington (excludes sale merchandise, autographed and game used items), 20% discounts at the West Box Office on Rangers Captain Cash and 10% discounts at Season Ticket Holder Services Ticket office on future individual ticket purchases for Rangers home games. Season Ticket Holders may also use this card to enter through the Season Ticket Holder entrances at Home Plate, First Base, and Third Base Gates.
Season Ticket Ownership, Renewal Privileges & Non-Transfer Policy
In order to maintain the integrity of the upgrade process, season ticket purchasing privileges are non-transferable. Therefore, season ticket holders may not reassign the rights to their seats by way of gift, barter or sale. The option to renew a particular seat location is afforded solely to the company or person who made the original purchase of those seats. Full season ticket holders will have the priority option to renew their same seat on a full season basis the following season. All non-full season ticket accounts will have the priority option to upgrade their account to full season status to retain their seat location or acquire the rights to purchase other non-occupied seat locations for the following season during the Select-A-Seat event in late February. The Texas Rangers retain the rights to all seats not renewed each year. This policy will be strictly enforced in order to assure the highest level of fairness in seating assignments.
Stolen tickets will not be reprinted without a valid police report from your local law enforcement agency. Once you have a copy, please contact the Texas Rangers Ticket Office. Stolen ticket seat locations are reported to ballpark security. Once a ticket is reprinted, the original tickets will be invalid. If the original ticket is submitted for entry, the holder of the ticket will be denied entry. The Texas Rangers reserve the right to immediately revoke the purchasing option of any season ticket holder attempting to have tickets replaced fraudulently.
Select-A-Seat Upgrade Process
All accounts will receive information via mail about upgrades and the Select-A-Seat event after the deposit deadline. Any non-renewed seat may be offered to season ticket holders wishing to upgrade and/or relocate, in order of priority, during the Select-A-Seat event held in mid February. Season ticket accounts must be current before upgrading and/or relocating is initiated. Priority is determined by (a) how long you have consecutively and currently owned full season tickets and (b) your initial order date. For additional information, call (817) 273-5100 x3.
