In addition, The following amendments will be included in the Tournament Rules.
1) Speed up Rule:
Each batter is to start with a 1 Ball and 1 Strike Count
7 inning games. 10 run in effect after 5 innings.
2) Home Team:
During Round Robin - Coin Flip determines Home Team
During Playoff Round - Higher seeded team determines Home Team
3) Time Limits:
Between Inning time limit of 2 Minutes
During Round Robin - no inning is started after the 2 hour mark. Games can end in a tie.
During Playoff Round - extra innings will be played under the following rules:
1st extra inning, each team will start with one (1) out and a runner on first and second base. The two base runners will be the last two batters from the previous inning.
In the Championship game - Extra innings will be played until the tie is broken.
4) Protest:
All protests will be resolved by Tournament Officials.
No protest will be allowed on judgment calls.
The umpire must be notified before the next pitch is thrown.
5) Ejections:
Any coach ejected from a game must leave the complex immediately for the rest of the game. They may return for the next game. If they are ejected after a game has completed, they must sit out the next game.
If a player is ejected from a game, they must sit in the crowd for the remainder of the game.
Any ejection is subject for review and may result in several game suspensions
