MyBlueJays TM

MyBlueJays is back for 2017!

Your MyBlueJays home page allows you to manage your tickets and MyBlueJays activities online, and you can use your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card to enter Rogers Centre™, and pay for Rogers Centre concessions and Jays Shop merchandise with eCash, all while earning you points towards unique rewards throughout the season! You can redeem your MyBlueJays points for once-in-a-lifetime experiences, such as throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, or watching a game in a luxury suite with Blue Jays alumni.

We want you to have even more opportunities to earn and redeem points throughout the season. 2017 will offer new ways to earn and redeem your points!

Use your mobile phone: Don't forget that you can use your mobile MyBlueJays Card in the same way as your physical MyBlueJays Card.

For more information on the MyBlueJays program, as well as Frequently Asked Questions and Tutorials, please visit bluejays.com/MyBlueJays.

Accessing your tickets:

Your Game Pack tickets will be delivered to you on your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card, and can be managed online through your MyBlueJays account by selecting "Manage My Tickets". To access your account, visit bluejays.com/MyBlueJays.

When you attend games, simply scan your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card at the gate to enter the stadium and enjoy the game. You will be issued a locator slip for each ticket bearing the applicable seat location and other information. This locator slip is your evidence of the right to occupy the specified seat location during the applicable game and must be presented upon request. The locator slip cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

General Information about your MyBlueJays Card

The MyBlueJays Card is not transferable. It remains the property of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club. It is personalized with the account number and the full name of the cardholder. The cardholder is responsible for all activity associated with his/her MyBlueJays card, whether or not he/she authorized that activity. The cardholder may be required to present photo identification when using the MyBlueJays card.

Lost MyBlueJays Cards will be cancelled, disabling the use of any merchandise discount and blocking use of all remaining tickets and any outstanding eCash balance. We will replace lost cards and transfer the merchandise discount, all remaining tickets and any outstanding eCash balance to a new card.

Ticket Management

As a Toronto Blue Jays Game Pack holder, you will use digital tickets, which will be delivered to you on your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card, and can be managed online through your MyBlueJays Ticket Management account.

With your online MyBlueJays Ticket Management account, you can complete an action such as Print Tickets, Transfer Tickets, and add Tickets to MyBlueJays Card.

REMINDERS

Every time you Print, Transfer, or Add to your Card through your online MyBlueJays Ticket Management account, it creates a new barcode for your ticket and voids any previously printed ticket. Remember to keep track of your ticket activity for all games to ensure that only current and valid barcodes are presented at the turnstile for entry.

  1. Once you have printed a ticket, it has been removed from your MyBlueJays card unless you add it back.
  2. There is only ONE valid barcode per ticket and it is the result of your latest action (Print, Transfer, Add to Card).
  3. Remind any guests to whom you transfer tickets that multiple prints of the same ticket will change the ticket's barcode and that only the most recently printed ticket will be valid.
  4. Remind any guests to whom you forward tickets that they need to print the PDF version of their tickets and bring the printouts to the games. PDF tickets cannot be scanned from mobile devices.
  5. Any additional tickets purchased can only be added to your MyBlueJays Card if they were purchased through your MyBlueJays account.
PRINT TICKETS

To use paper tickets, you can print your digital tickets.

See the walkthrough tutorial on how to Print your Tickets.

TRANSFER TICKETS

Transfer your tickets via email.

See the walkthrough tutorial on how to Transfer your Tickets.

ADD TICKETS TO MyBlueJays CARD

All original Game Pack tickets are preloaded onto your MyBlueJays Card. Most tickets not currently on your MyBlueJays Card (e.g., single game tickets purchased through MyBlueJays account) can be added so you can use your Card to enter the stadium.

See the walkthrough tutorial on how to Add Tickets to your MyBlueJays Card.

FAQ

Why have Game Packs replaced Flex Packs? Why 20 Games, 12 Games & 6 Games?
We did a lot of research and fan surveys to better understand what our fans want, their trends and habits. These new Game Packs are a reflection of what the fans told us. Game Packs differ from Flex Packs by offering different levels of flexibility, savings and benefits.
Are Game Packs available in every section?
No. Game Packs are not available in the following sections: In the Action, Premium Dugout, Premium Infield, TD Comfort Clubhouse, and 500 Level Lower. Those sections are available as part of a Season Ticket Membership only. Please visit www.bluejays.com/seasontickets to check on seat availability in these seating areas.
What does 500 Level Lower mean?
The 500 Level Lower includes: Section 510L to 517R, Rows 1-5; Sections 517L to 531R, Rows 1-10 and Sections 531L to 538R, Rows 1-5.
How do the Game Packs work? Can I select any games that I like?
Game Pack flexibility will depend on the package that you choose. The bigger the pack, the greater the flexibility.

The 20 Game Pack has the highest level of flexibility, as it gives you the opportunity to select any 20 games that you wish for the 2017 regular season!

The 12 Game Pack offers you the opportunity to select a specified number of 2017 regular season home games from certain preset categories of games. More specifically, with the 12 Game Pack, you get to select four games from Category A, four from Category B and four from Categories C or D. For a current list of game categories click here.

The 6 Game Packs will be available in early 2017 and offers only very limited flexibility. The Blue Jays will establish a number of fixed sets made up of six (6) preset 2017 regular season home games. If you purchase a 6 Game Pack, you will have the opportunity to choose which of the predetermined sets you want.

The Home Opener and Canada Day games are not available with 12 Game or 6 Game Pack purchases.
How do I access tickets to the Home Opener and/or Canada Day?
Both games are part of the A+ game category, and can be selected as part of a 20 Game Pack. Neither game can be selected as part of the 12 Game Pack or 6 Game Pack, but tickets to these games can be purchased separately at the time you purchase a 12 Game Pack, subject to availability, based on the number of 12 Game Packs you purchase. For example, if you purchase two 12 Game Packs (i.e., two seats), you will be able to purchase two tickets to each of the Home Opener and Canada Day game, subject to availability.
What is the cost of purchasing Game Packs?
Each category is priced differently, and the cost of your Game Pack will depend on the category of each game you select and the seating area you choose. For a list of game categories here.
How will dynamic pricing affect Game Packs?
Once dynamic pricing comes into effect in 2017, single game ticket prices may be increased based on various market factors (such as opponent, day of the week, demand for tickets, seat availability, etc.) and Game Pack pricing will be increased accordingly.
How do I purchase Game Packs in the No Alcohol areas or Wheelchair Accessible area?
Game Packs for seats in the No Alcohol areas and the Wheelchair Accessible areas can be purchased by calling our Ticket Office at 416-341-1234.
What if I do not like the seating location being offered to me when I try and purchase online?
The seats available online for Game Packs at any particular time are the best available. Calling the Ticket Office will not provide you with access to better seats.
What do the different categories of games mean?
We have assigned each game to one of five different categories in an effort to identify and differentiate games based on demand. Tickets to games that are anticipated to be of higher demand will be categorized differently and will be more expensive than tickets to games anticipated to be of lower demand.
After purchasing a Game Pack can I relocate my seats?
No, all seat locations are final at the time of purchase and no exchanges will be permitted.
What if I need additional tickets for some games? What is the cost? Are there service charges on additional tickets?
Tickets that you purchase above and beyond your Game Packs are sold at the full single game price in place at the time of purchase and are subject to dynamic pricing and all applicable service fees. Additional tickets will be available in the New Year.
Can I buy extra tickets for the Home Opener/Canada Day?
If you buy a 20 Game Pack, you can select both the Home Opener and the Canada Day game as part of your 20 Game Pack. You will not be offered the opportunity to purchase additional tickets to these games ahead of the general public.

If you purchase one or more 12 Game Packs, you can purchase tickets to the Home Opener and/or the Canada Day game separately from your Game Pack, subject to availability, based on the number of 12 Game Packs you purchase. For example, if you purchase two 12 Game Packs (i.e., two seats), you will be able to purchase two tickets to each of the Home Opener and Canada Day game, subject to availability.
When will the Promotional Schedule be released?
The promotional schedule will be released in the coming months.
Why do I no longer have an assigned Account Representative?
To best manage the increased demand for tickets and to provide the best service possible, we will no longer assign Account Executives to manage specific accounts. Instead, all members of the team of Ticket Sales Account Executives are available to answer your questions and help in any way they can. They can be reached at 416-341-1234.
If I purchase a 12 Game Package can I upgrade to a 20 Game Pack at a later date?
Yes. To upgrade your Game Pack, please contact one of our Account Executives at 416-341-1234.
If I purchase a Game Pack and decide to upgrade to become a Season Ticket Member can the amount I paid for my Game Pack be used towards the cost of my Season Ticket Membership?
Yes. You can contact one of our Account Executives at 416-341-1234 and they will assist you.
