What is the Toronto Blue Jays Season Ticket Holder Benefits Card (STHBC)?

The STHBC is a personalized credential that identifies the holder as a Toronto Blue Jays full season ticket subscriber and entitles the holder to a 20% discount off of most regularly-priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at the following locations:

Any merchandise kiosk inside of Rogers Centre,
The Jays Shop store located at Rogers Centre, or
The Jays Shop store located at Sears Yonge & Dundas location.

The STHBC can also be loaded with dollar value that, subject to certain restrictions, can be redeemed for additional tickets, merchandise or any food and beverage product at select concession stands inside of Rogers Centre.

As the dollar value stored on the card is spent, more value can be added by visiting the Rogers Centre Gate 9A box office during regular hours of operation.

Is the STHBC transferrable?

No. Each card is personalized with the account number and full name of the cardholder. In order to obtain a card, you must be associated with a full season ticket holder account and authorized by the primary account contact. Additional cards can be ordered by completing the form at www.bluejays.com/seasontickets. Please note that a CDN $5 customization fee applies per additional card.

What happens if I lose my card?

The STHBC is automatically registered when issued. The lost card will be cancelled, disabling the 20% discount and blocking use of any outstanding stored value balance. We will replace lost cards and transfer any outstanding balance to a new card. If customization is required on the new card, a CDM $5 customization fee applies.

Can I reload my STHBC?

Yes. Balances on the card can be reloaded by visiting the Gate 9A box office during regular hours of operation.

What is my STHBC number? How do I find it?

Your 19 digit STHBC number is printed on the back of your card. Your card will also contain a PIN number. Scratch off silver area to the right of the card to reveal the four digit PIN.

What is a PIN? Why do I need it?

The PIN is a random 4-digit number that is under a silver scratch-off on the back of your STHBC. It is required for phone sales and may be utilized in online sales in the future.

How may I check the balance on my STHBC?

Visit www.bluejays.com/seasontickets and click on STHBC button. You may also have your balance checked for you by calling 416-341-1234 or visiting any Rogers Plus store during normal business hours.

Will my STHBC expire?

Yes. The 20% limited merchandise discount benefit is valid until the end of the final 2012 Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game. Any promotional value loaded on the card by Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ("RBJBC") will expire at the end of the final Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game played in the calendar year printed on the front of the card. Any value loaded on the card by you that remains unused at the conclusion of the Toronto Blue Jays regular season will be automatically transferred to a new Toronto Blue Jays gift card.

Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed in my Toronto Blue Jays STHB Card?: No. Your STHB Card has no cash value and must be redeemed for tickets, concessions and merchandise as mentioned above.
Can I return merchandise purchased using a Season Ticket Holder Benefit Card?: Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to place of purchase within 30 days. Your purchase can be exchanged only for merchandise of equal or greater value at the time of the return. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns for store credit.

20% Merchandise Discount Benefit

In order to utilize your 20% merchandise discount you must attend in person and present your Season Ticket Holder Benefit Card ("STHBC") at one of the following locations:
- Any merchandise kiosk inside of Rogers Centre,
- The Jays Shop store located at Rogers Centre, or
- The Jays Shop store located at Sears Yonge & Dundas location.
You may also be required to present photo identification.
The 20% merchandise discount is available on all regularly-priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at the listed locations with the exception of game-used/game-ready merchandise, custom cresting services, publications, gift cards, admission tickets, shipping charges and surcharges. Please note, however, that any stored value balance on the card (see below) may be redeemed for any and all of the above. Card owner must present the card at time of purchase in order to receive the discount.
Discounts are not transferable and cannot be combined with any other discount(s) or offer(s).
STHBC is valid only during the calendar year that is printed on the face of the card (e.g. xxxxxxx-2012). 20% limited merchandise discount benefit is valid until the end of the final Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game played during the aforementioned calendar year.

Stored Value Functionality

The STHBC can be loaded with a dollar value to a maximum cumulative stored value of five hundred dollars (CDN $500). In order to load dollar value on the STHBC, the holder must attend in person at the Rogers Centre Gate 9 Box Office during regular hours of operation. At this time, value cannot be loaded online.
Value stored on STHBC can be used to purchase any of the food or beverage items available at selected Rogers Centre fixed food and beverage concession stands. For clarity, the STHBC cannot be used to pay for food or beverages at any Rogers Centre restaurant (e.g. Sightlines, Arriba, HSBC Club), in-seat service (e.g. HSBC Club VIP, In The Action), the Olde Spadina or Tim Hortons concession locations, mobile food and beverage vendors (carts and hawkers) or in Rogers Centre luxury suites.
Value stored on STHBC can be used to purchase additional Toronto Blue Jays tickets, either in person at the box office window or over the phone by contacting your account executive directly.
STHBC is not redeemable/refundable for cash. Card value is not redeemable/refundable for cash.
Card value can be used in conjunction with cash, debit or credit card for the purchases specified above.
Any promotional value loaded on the card by Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ("RBJBC") will expire at the end of the final Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game played in the calendar year embossed on the front of the card. Any value loaded on the card by the customer that remains unused at the conclusion of the Toronto Blue Jays regular season will be automatically transferred to a new Toronto Blue Jays gift card.

General

STHBC is not transferable. In order to utilize the above-noted merchandise discount and/or stored value the card holder may be required to present photo identification.

Use of the STHBC is subject to the above terms and conditions. By using or seeking to use the STHBC, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
