PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
10 Game Flex Pack
No refunds or exchanges are available for games selected as part of the "10 Game Flex Pack". Each "10 Game Flex Pack" purchase entitles you to one (1) admission to each of ten (10) 2013 regular season Toronto Blue Jays home games (each, a "2013 Home Game"). Subject to the following, you may select from any 2013 Home Game. You may select the specific 2013 Home Games included in your Flex Pack at the time of purchase or at any time prior to March 1, 2013 by contacting your Account Executive. Any 2013 Home Games selected at the time of purchase and the specific seat locations for those games are set out above or attached, as applicable. For any games selected by you at a later date, seating is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of game selection. If, at the time of game selection, seating is no longer available in the price category purchased by you, you will be provided with seating in the next lower price category in which seating is available. If you have not selected all of your games as of March 1, 2013, then all remaining game selections will be made by Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the "Club") in its sole discretion. For the purposes hereof, each 2013 Home Game properly selected by you or by the Club in accordance with the foregoing will be referred to as a "Selected Game." At the discretion of the Club, certain 10 Game Flex Pack purchasers will receive one magnetic stripe card (each an "Access Card") instead of physical or electronic admission tickets for the Selected Games. Your Access Card will permit you to access all seats for all Selected Games constituting your total Flex Pack purchase. Your Access Card is issued by and remains the property of the Club and may not be sold, transferred or licensed. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Access Card, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. In order to utilize your Access Card for any of the Selected Games, you must enter Rogers Centre at the gate designated on the front of your Access Card, or such other gate as directed, and present your Access Card to the ticket taker. You may also be required to present valid photo identification. The ticket taker will swipe your Access Card and, upon confirmation of your account and right to admission for the applicable Selected Game and number of seats, you will receive a location slip bearing your seat location(s) and other information. This location slip is your evidence of your right to occupy the specified seat location(s) during the applicable Selected Game and must be presented, along with your Access Card, upon request. Your location slip cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The 10 Game Flex Pack cannot be combined with other ticket offers, discounts or special coupons. The 10 Game Flex Pack expires on September 29, 2013. There is no refund or exchange available for any Selected Games that you do not attend. Lost Access Cards are subject to a reprinting fee of $15 per reprinting transaction. For 10 Game Flex Pack purchasers who are provided with printed tickets instead of an Access Card, lost tickets are subject to a reprinting fee of $10.00 per reprinting transaction. Your right to admission pursuant to your 10 Game Flex Pack purchase pertains only to the 2013 regular season and CANNOT be carried over to any subsequent season or to postseason games (i.e. tie-breakers, Wild Card Playoff, Division Series, League Championship Series or World Series).
15 Game Flex Pack

Each "15 Game Flex Pack" purchase entitles you to one (1) admission to each of fifteen (15) 2013 regular season Toronto Blue Jays home games (each, a "2013 Home Game"). Subject to the following, you may select from any 2013 Home Game. You may select the specific 2013 Home Games included in your Flex Pack at the time of purchase or at any time prior to March 1, 2013 by contacting your Account Executive. Any 2013 Home Games selected at the time of purchase and the specific seat locations for those games are set out above or attached, as applicable. 40 Game Flex Pack

Each "40 Game Flex Pack" purchase entitles you to one (1) admission to each of forty (40) 2013 regular season Toronto Blue Jays home games (each, a "2013 Home Game"). Subject to the following, you may select from any 2013 Home Game. You may select the specific 2013 Home Games included in your Flex Pack at the time of purchase or at any time prior to March 1, 2013 by contacting your Account Executive. Any 2013 Home Games selected at the time of purchase and the specific seat locations for those games are set out above or attached, as applicable. 20 Ticket Voucher Pack
No refunds or exchanges are available for games selected as part of the "20 Ticket Voucher Pack". Each "20 Ticket Voucher Pack" purchase entitles you to twenty (20) admission tickets to the 2013 Toronto Blue Jays regular season home schedule, with game selection in accordance with the process below. Subject to the following, your admission tickets will be for seating in the price category specified above. Subject to the maximums set out in the following sentence, you may select the specific 2013 Toronto Blue Jays regular season home games (each, a "2013 Home Game") and the number of admission tickets from your 20 Ticket Voucher Pack that you wish to use for those games at the time of purchase or at any time prior to August 1, 2013 by contacting your Account Executive. Selection rights are subject to the following ticket maximums: (i) six (6) admission tickets for the first 2013 Home Game (i.e. the "Home Opener"), (ii) six (6) admission tickets for any single 2013 Home Game for which the opponent is the New York Yankees or the Boston Red Sox, and (iii) ten (10) admission tickets for any single 2013 Home Game other than those set out in (i) and (ii). Any 2013 Home Games and the number and location of admission tickets for those games that you have selected at the time of purchase and the specific seat locations for those games are set out above or attached, as applicable. For any 2013 Home Games selected by you at a later date, seating is not guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of game selection. If, at the time of game selection, seating is no longer available in the price category purchased by you, you will be provided with seating in the next lower price category in which seating is available. If you have not selected all of your games and tickets as of August 1, 2013, then all remaining game and ticket selections will be made by Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership in its sole discretion. Your right to admission tickets pertains only to the 2013 Toronto Blue Jays regular season and CANNOT be carried over to any subsequent season or to postseason games (i.e. tie-breakers, Wild Card Playoff, Division Series, League Championship Series or World Series). Lost tickets are subject to a reprinting fee of $10.00 per reprinting transaction.
Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass
Each 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass purchase entitles you to one (1) admission for each 2013 Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game excepting the first home game of the 2013 regular season (each, a Permitted Game). For certainty, there are a total of eighty (80) Permitted Games in 2013. Instead of physical or electronic admission tickets, you will receive one magnetic stripe card (each, an "Access Card"). Your section and seat location(s) for each Permitted Game will be printed on your Access Card, as well as on your purchase confirmation. Each Access Card can store up to two (2) seats for all Permitted Games and if you purchase two (2) 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Passes, both purchases and the associated seat locations will be stored on a single Access Card. Your Access Card is issued by and remains the property of Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (RBJBP) and may not be sold, transferred or licensed. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Access Card, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. In order to utilize your 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass for any of the Permitted Games, you must enter Rogers Centre at the gate designated on the front of your Access Card, or such other gate as directed, and present your Access Card to the ticket taker (as stated above, a maximum of two (2) seats may be stored on a single Access Card). You may also be required to present valid photo identification. The ticket taker will swipe your Access Card and, upon confirmation of your account and right to admission for the applicable Permitted Game, you will receive a locator slip for every seat assigned to the Access Card for the applicable game. Each locator slip will bear the applicable seat location and other information. This locator slip is your evidence of your right to occupy the specified seat location during the applicable Permitted Game and must be presented, along with your Access Card, upon request. Locator slips cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass cannot be combined with other ticket offers, discounts or special coupons. The 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass expires on September 29, 2013. Your right to admission as a purchaser of the 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Ballpark Pass pertains only to the 2013 regular season and CANNOT be carried over to any subsequent season or to postseason games (i.e. tie-breakers, Wild Card Playoff, Division Series, League Championship Series or World Series). TICKET PRODUCT PURCHASE LICENCE
Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the "Club") hereby offers the Licensee (as defined below) the non-renewable, revocable licence (the "Licence") to purchase, have and use the admission tickets (the "Tickets") to those regular season home games of the Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball team (the "Jays") as are specified on the reverse or in any other documentation or communications issued by the Club to the Licensee (each, a "Ticket Confirmation"), as applicable. For certainty, for the purposes hereof "Tickets" will include any membership or access cards issued to the Licensee in addition to or in place of actual physical admission tickets, as well as any location slips or other similar documents printed or issued pursuant to same. The Licence must be read in conjunction with any Ticket Confirmation and is offered by the Club to the Licensee subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the terms and conditions contained on the back of the Tickets issued to the Licensee and included in any Ticket Confirmation, brochure or other material describing any package of Tickets purchased by the Licensee, as well as those additional specific conditions communicated by the Club to the Licensee from time to time (collectively, the "Conditions"). The act of submitting a completed Payment Plan Authorization form or making full or partial payment to the Club, whichever is sooner and whether effected by the Licensee directly or on the Licensee's behalf, will constitute Licensee's acceptance of the Licence and all of the Conditions.
